1. Turmeric:

You Will Need:

- 1 to 2 teaspoon turmeric powder.

- 4 Spoon gram flour

- Water/milk

- Mix the gram flour with turmeric powder

- Add sufficient milk or water to this to form a paste

- After, apply this paste to your face & neck

- Leave it for 15-20 mins.

- Rinse with plain water.


2. Coconut Oil:

This treatment is the best for dry, dull & nourished skin. Coconut oil protects your skin from UV radiation and enhances skin barrier function. All this factor makes your skin healthy & glowing.

You Will Need:

- Virgin coconut oil


What you have to do (Recipes) - Warm up the oil slightly and apply it to your face and neck.

- Massage Face skin gently

- Leave the oil on the whole night

- You can add some sugar to the oil and use it as a scrub to exfoliate your skin once a week


Use Coconut oil every night before going to sleep.


3. Aloe Vera

Aloe-Vera has anti-oxidants, anti-inflammatory, nourishing & healing properties that rejuvenate the skin to give it a natural glow. It is best for acne and dry skin.

You Will Need:

- 2-3 tablespoon Aloe-Vera gel.

- Half a teaspoon of Turmeric

- 1 Teaspoon Honey

- 1 – 2 teaspoons of Milk

- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

- Leave it for about 20-30 Mins.

- Rinse with water.

4. Lemon

- 2 Tea-spoon Sugar

5. Cucumber

- 1-2 small cucumber

- 2-3 tablespoons yogurt

- Grinding the cucumber and add the cucumber.

7. Papaya
