How do I place an order with themasking.com?
You can shop online at themasking.com Select products you are interested in; click on the product to view details, select the variant (if applicable), quantity and click buy now. Check the product again in cart and proceed to checkout.

Can I buy multiple products in single order?
Yes, you can! Just add all the products you want to buy onto your shopping bag and then click the “Check Out” button. This way you can save on any additional shipping and COD charges!
Do I need to create an account for placing new order?
No, you need not create an account. When you enter your email address at the checkout page, we automatically create your account and send the password details to you on your email.
Can I place the order on phone?

How do I change or cancel my order?
If you would like to change your order after you have placed it then please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to meet your request. However, if your products have already been packed it may not always be possible to cancel or change an order.
How do I track the delivery of my order?
When your order is dispatched, we shall send you the tracking code and the courier details. You can go the courier website and check the status of your tracking number.
