Placing an order
Browse the themasking.com catalogue to make your purchase. When you have selected at the item you wish to order, enter the quantity you desire and click on “Add to Cart”.
When your order contains the items and quantities you wish to purchase, click on the “Checkout” link underneath your order.
You will then be asked to provide us with your shipping and payment information. Please see below information on Payment Options available to you.
Once you have successfully made your payment, your order will be processed online immediately. We will ship your order to you immediately. Please see below for information on our Shipping Policy.
Payment Options
We use Razorpay for processing payments. We/Razorpay do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved.
Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Rupay, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

All prices on this web site are processed in Indian Rupees.
All orders are acknowledged at current pricing. We will bill at price in effect at the time of shipping.
Our products are liable for VAT in India.

Out of stock Items
We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. If your item is out of stock, we will contact you within 2 business days to discuss how you would like the order handled. Themasking.com does not back order, that is, does accept orders which we cannot fulfil immediately.
Shipping Policy
Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Mumbai by courier. Please allow following number of days from receipt of your order.
Delivery for Prepaid Orders:
2-5 Business days within India
Cash on Delivery Orders:
2-7 Business days within India
Order deliveries will be made between 9am – 5pm Monday – saturday.
Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. themasking.com takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
Themasking.com is not responsible for damage after delivery.
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.
Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.
